Cal brings 20 years of exercise and nutrition experience to her clients. Join her for a half-day or full-day custom fitness hike (just your group). On fitness hikes, we use the outdoors and personal fitness experience to design these hike to maximize your personal outdoor fitness level, whether you’re a beginner, a fitness buff or a highly-trained athlete.
With our custom fitness hikes, there is the additional option of getting a total-body workout utilizing Nordic Walking technique. If you want to know how refreshing fitness can feel in the great outdoors with Joshua Tree Hiking Adventures, turn your hike and your body on to Nordic Walking!
The fitness part of Joshua Tree Hiking Adventures is about incorporating strength training into your life. Aerobic exercise alone will not reverse the muscle loss associated with aging. The use of Nordic Walking Poles changes hiking from an aerobic experience to a total-body workout and encourages flexibility. Check out Nordic Walking – you’ll be glad you did!

Half-day hike - up to 3 ½ hours
Single person : $145 total
Two people: $75 each
Three people: $70 each
Four people: $60 each
Group of 5 or more: $55 each

Full-day hike - up to 8 hours
Single person : $250 total
Two people:

$135 each

Three people: $105 each
Four people: $85 each
