custom fitness hike (just your group). On fitness hikes, we use
the outdoors and personal fitness experience to design these hike
to maximize your personal outdoor fitness level, whether you’re
a beginner, a fitness buff or a highly-trained athlete.
With our custom fitness hikes, there is the additional option
of getting a total-body workout utilizing Nordic

The fitness part of Joshua Tree Hiking Adventures is about incorporating
strength training into your life. Aerobic exercise alone will
not reverse the muscle loss associated with aging. The use of
Nordic Walking Poles changes hiking from an aerobic experience
